A. Yes, you can upload cohorts with Watson Taxonomy Labels.  

We can collect onclassifications_watson.taxonomy_labels. Watson Property IDs that start withclassifications_watsonare generally compatible.  However, we currently don’t support properties where the parent property is a List of Objects.
