A. If you've already enabled the Facebook Pixel in Permutive, you can send cohorts to multiple Facebook accounts as long the Facebook ID is dependent on the pixels. 

If you have multiple pixels they would all need to be connected to your FB ID and account(s) in order to send cohorts and create audiences from them.
