Q. What does the 'activation' count represent in the Activations list?

A. The 'activation' count is the number of times an activation has been fired.

Permutive only shows activation counts for pixel-based activations.

Examples of pixel-based activations are the Facebook pixel, targeted overlays, and the Pinterest pixel.

We are not able to collect the 'activation' count for activations sent to Google Ad Manager as GAM appends targeting as key-value pairs and does not “fire” activations.
