A guide to navigating your Technographic Insights for segments
Overview
Technographic insights provide data about the technology a specific segment or set of segments uses when browsing your site.
This data can be useful when completing an RFP response to provide advertisers with data on the browsing preferences of your audience.
Filters
At the top of the Technographic insights dashboard you will see Audience and Filter. If you click on Edit next to audience you can choose which segment, set of segments, or tag group for which you want to see engagement data.
If you click Edit next to Filter, you will see the filters available when analyzing specific segments.
You can choose the date range, domain, device type, country, and platform of the users you want to see.
Tip: If you get a timeout error, please reduce the complexity of the report and remove some filters. If this is not a possibility, please contact support.
Data Points
Device - What device (Web, mobile, tablet) were users in the specified segment or segments that you are filtering by in the selected timeframe using to browse
Platform - What platform (AMP, Android, FIA, Web) were users in the specified segment or segments that you are filtering by in the selected timeframe using to browse
Country - In what country were users in the specified segment or segments browsing
Tip: You can also search and filter by country
Downloading Data
The data in these individual charts can be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking the download icon in the upper righthand corner and selecting Download Chart Data. Pie charts can be downloaded as CSV or PNG files.
