A guide to navigating your Engagement insights for audiences
Engagement insights provide data about the level of onsite activity with regards to a specific segment or set of segments.
This data can be useful when completing an RFP response to provide advertisers with data on how much time users in a segment spend on your site.
At the top of the Engagement insights dashboard you will see Audience and Filter. If you click 'Edit' next to audience you can choose which segment, set of segments, or tag group for which you want to see engagement data.
If you click 'Edit' next to Filter, you will see the filters available when analyzing specific segments.
You can choose the date range, domain, device type, country, and platform of the users you want to see.
Tip: If you get a timeout error, please reduce the complexity of the report and remove some filters. If this is not a possibility, please contact support.
