The client domain refers to the domain name used by the client.

Example: in the URL  http://www.website.com, "website.com" is the domain name.

It is the actual presence on the Internet represented by a website. A web domain name is a substitute that replaces the Internet Protocol (IP) address. For example, we can replace the IP address 207.97.195.109 with a domain name such as www.study.com.
