Q. Why can't I add a value to the cohort builder?

A: You cannot add the same value into the cohort builder more than once.

The cohort builder does not allow duplicate values.

If pressing 'Enter' does not work when entering a value into the cohort builder, check that this value has not already been used for this property. 

For example, you can see below that the second entry of campaign_id  '12345678910' will not save.
