A. In most cases this is caused by an incorrect password.  However sometimes the issue is caused by an unusual or "special" character.

 We currently don't support special characters in our passwords and removing these will usually result in the user being able to login.

Note: Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length, and contain at least one letter and one number.
