Right of Access 

The right of access, commonly referred to as subject access, gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data as well as other supplementary information. It helps individuals to understand how and why you are using their data.

When requested from Permutive, you will receive a list of the segments the user is in (by the segment code). 

Right to Erasure

Under Article 17 of the GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased. This is also known as the ‘right to be forgotten’.

When requested from Permutive, you will receive confirmation that the users' data has been deleted. 

How to Process

To process the above access or erasure requests please email support@permutive.com with the users' permutive ID (or any other alias you have available). If a common occurrence, please batch these requests and send on a weekly basis. 

Tip: Send these requests as soon as you are able to ensure they are processed within the 30 day time frame.
