User Permissions and Workspaces

We will review the aspects of users permissions and workspaces.

Adding Team Members

  • Head to Settings → Team → Add Member and enter their email address. 
  • Depending on the level of access you want this user to have, select either Workspace or Read Only.

User Permissions

 Permissions in the dashboard follow a flat structure.  You have may:

  • Read Only - A user with read-only access will only be able to view Permutive segments and reactions. 
  • Read/Write - A user with read/write access will be able to view and edit Permutive segments and reactions. 

Read Only

To assign Read Only access to a user:

  • Make sure the user has been added to your Permutive project
  • Head to Settings → Team and ensure that under the column Workspaces, all options are unticked

Admin

An Admin user will have full access to all modules of the UI and will have read/write permissions on all Workspaces. 

To assign an Admin user:

  • Make sure the user has been added to your Permutive project
  • Head to Settings → Team and ensure that under the column Workspaces, all options are ticked

To make a user an Admin on one Workspace, only tick the one relevant Workspace you'd like to give them read/write access to.

Note: In order to be an Admin User for all workspaces, all workspaces need to be ticked.

To create a new workspace for your team, please contact Customer Support.
