Q. How does Permutive define a 'session'

A. A session lasts 30 minutes. If we don't see any events for a user for 30 minutes, their session expires

For example, if a user records 180 seconds of PageviewEngagement events and then disappears for over 30 mins, their session is 3 minutes.
