A. Sometimes you might see recommendations below your minimum reach settings when applying filters this is expected behavior.
Q. Why are some recommendations upper case and some lower case?
A. When cohorts are evaluated, certain data types are case-sensitive, specifically lists of strings. You might therefore see recommendations in both upper and lower case.
Q. If I collect data points twice, can I use both for Keyword Explorer?
A. If you collect certain data points twice (E.g. client.title and article.title) we recommend only enabling one for the properties. In this example article.title might be preferable as it will not be impacted by automatic browser translations
Q. Why is the Total Reach not matching the Predicted Audience Size (PAS) or Live Audience Size (LAS)?
A. Keyword Explorer refreshes the model and reaches numbers on a regular interval, using data from the previous 30 days. This means that some discrepancy might occur between the numbers shown by Keyword Explorer and those displayed on both the PAS and the LAS for your cohorts.
