To optimise a campaigns performance it is possible to target users who are more engaged on a page.

A user who has been active on the page - moving their mouse, clicking, scrolling - is engaged. Every 5 seconds Permutive pings out a 'Pageview Engagement' heartbeat if the user has been engaged in the last 5 seconds. So if a user has had a 'Pageview Engagement' event they have been actively engaged for at least 5s.
