Permutive can ingest video data to help you segment and analyse users based on their video viewing behaviour.
We recommend collecting video viewthrough events at % waypoints: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. Using this data you can build highly valuable segments of users who are completing videos in their current session.
You can also analyse your video data in our Permutive Analytics platform. For example, if you create a segment of users who have completed at least 3 videos and seeing how this overlaps with other segments.
Note: There is no limit to number of data points collected per video/ video view.
