Using Workspaces, you can assign different teams in your organisation their own Permutive interface to create Segments and Reactions. User permissions can also be granted on a per-individual basis.

Create a new Workspace

To create a new Workspace for your team, please contact support@permutive.com or Customer Support via the LiveChat disc in the bottom right corner of your screen.

User Permissions

Admin

An Admin user will have full access to all modules of the UI and will have read/write permissions on all Workspaces. 

To assign an Admin user:

  • Make sure the user has been added to your Permutive project
  • Head to Settings → Team and ensure that under the column Workspaces, all options are ticked


To make a user an Admin on one Workspace, only tick the one relevant Workspace you'd like to give them read/write access to. 

Read-only 

A user with read-only access will only be able to view Permutive segments and reactions. 

To assign Read-only access to a user:

  • Make sure the user has been added to your Permutive project
  • Head to Settings → Team and ensure that under the column Workspaces, all options are unticked
